Overview

Essential Functions:

  • Liaise with digital project manager to ensure digital initiatives go through the appropriate governance rigor (legal, compliance, NPBA, RCSAs, process narratives, risk assessments, etc.)
  • Liaise with Director of Direct to Consumer and ensure regulatory compliance (process narratives RCSAs, self-identified issues, risk assessments, etc.)
  • Manage relationships with digital partners; liaising with various functions internally such as Legal, IT and finance to facilitate contract negotiations and operational integration
  • Design/manage the reporting associated with digital partnerships
  • Liaise between partners and IT to identify and facilitate the resolution of impediments
  • Assist with project management, analytics, coordination and internal tracking of progress/initiatives
  • Direct support/liaison to the Executive of the assigned business area
  • Contribute and work on (research and execution) new digital initiative and product ideas
  • Generate ideas to bring new business/product development based on client/industry pain points
  • Develop and execute plans for process automation where applicable
  • Navigate internally within the company, learn/understand the various personnel/departments involved and effectively exercise influence to accomplish objectives
  • Special projects – analysis, research and assist with implementation of various programs and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Education –
    • Bachelor’s Degree: in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent field.
    • or equivalent work experience
  • Experience –
    • 9-12 years Experience with financial services and/or experience with various products, services or business lines/areas and the pertaining laws, regulations and rules of relevant regulators.
  • Skills & Abilities –
    • Understands and communicates impact on line of business of all relevant enterprise/regulatory led initiatives
    • Knowledge and working understanding of additional auditing standards, theories, concepts, and terms (including Sarbanes-Oxley, COBIT and the COSO Integrated Control Framework).
    • Knowledge of the methods utilized to identify, test and mitigate risk within financial, operational, business, and strategic processes as gained through proven career progression.
    • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills

    • High sense of urgency with ability to drive results
    • Demonstrable evidence of stakeholder management

Working Conditions:

  • Frequently: Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Occasional moving and lifting of equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.
