The Sr. Marketing Associate, Acquisitions, will innovate SC’s reach by expanding our customer acquisition strategies. Generate opportunity through fintech partnerships and marketing technologies to drive new product roadmaps and efficiencies. Enhance existing direct marketing product offerings through balance analysis, behavioral modeling and marketing savvy to simultaneously drive down acquisition costs while increasing originations.


  • Leadership of current direct marketing product, including performance analysis, product development, campaign offer selection criteria, creative development and experimentation
  • Marketing relationship ambassador for internal business stakeholders to meet/exceed originations and brand objectives
  • Vet, prioritize and design business proposals for new B2C and B2B business opportunities
  • Develop new, and maintain existing, relationships with marketing, fintech and data vendors
  • Design digital and direct marketing campaigns to increase consumer awareness of our brands and customer conversion
  • Support the Automotive Relationships and Sales verticals with new acquisition products, lead generation and marketing materials

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 7-9 years of experience in marketing required
  • 2-3 years of experience in account/vendor management
  • Excellent influence and negotiation skills required
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel required
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint required
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment required
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills required
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization required
  • Excellent oral and written communication is required
  • Excellent attention to detail required
  • Highly collaborative

Additional Skills:

  • Previous experience in the automotive and/or finance industry preferred
  • Knowledge of SQL a plus
  • Experience working within marketing/CX campaign platform is a plus

Working Conditions:
