Summary of Responsibilities:

  • The Sr. Title Specialist assists in the completion of select titles processes in order to ensure that the information is accurate.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides workflow assistance to title specialist
  • Discusses and reviews titles policy & process changes regularly with manager to ensure consistent practices.
  • Interacts with both internal and external customers; internal customers being teammates and other SC personnel, and external customers being automotive dealerships, companies that we have to validate customer information with, titles’ vendors, state DMV’s and people who have titles issues.
  • Provides world-class customer service.
  • Participates in team related activities and meetings.
  • Utilizes creative methods to generate results and to foster teamwork.
  • Special projects as requested Performs other duties as assigned
