Job Family: Finance

The Finance organization is responsible for leading and participating in a number of critical functions including: supporting executive management decisions making by analyzing results, assessing strategic alternatives and developing strategic plans; communicating financial results and forecasts with critical stakeholders, including executive management and Board of Directors, shareholders and regulators; managing the Company’s balance sheet, including interest rate and liquidity risks; establishes the Company’s capital policies and prioritizes investments; develops and implements controls to reduce operational risk; developing and maintaining financial data and systems. The Finance organization works across functions and Business lines in the Company, requiring a broad understanding of our business, risk and strategy.

Job Function: Treasury

Manages and analyzes cash funds, debt, capital and interest rate risk on behalf of the company. Formulates and updates policies and guidelines on the planning and management of the company’s monetary resources. Ensures optimization of income and proper investments. Plans and sources cash requirements.

Summary of Responsibilities:

The Treasury Capital Markets Analyst shall be responsible for working on finance, treasury and accounting related projects, updates and presentations.

Essential Functions:

  • Supports capital markets and asset-backed securitization (ABS) function of the company, including review of transaction data, collateral information and structural cash flow models
  • Ensures all internal controls and compliance requirements related to the securitization process are met and adhered to.
  • Develops and maintains financial models to analyze cash flow mechanics and securitization monthly reporting.
  • Responsible for updating and reviewing presentation information for internal and external parties including investment banks, rating agencies and investors.
  • Works with other departments within SC to compile necessary data and information ensuring timeliness as well as accuracy and integrity of the information.
  • Develops, gathers and monitors market trends and conditions.
  • Documents procedures, checklists and resources for securitization execution and regulatory compliance. Other Functions:

  • Education –
    • Bachelor’s Degree: in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent field.
  • Experience –
    • 0-3 years Relatable experience in Banking or financial services industry

Working Conditions:

  • Frequently: Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Occasional moving and lifting of equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.
